On Sunday, 2 November, the European Cancer Community Foundation proudly joined the Brussels Marathon & Half-Marathon, with a team of volunteers and supporters taking part in the different races through the centre of Brussels – from a 7km run to the full 42km distance.
This event was a symbol of solidarity and shared purpose, bringing together people from across the cancer community to raise visibility for the Foundation’s mission: reducing inequalities in cancer care and improving the lives of everyone touched by cancer.
We extend our warmest thanks to all who took part or cheered us on throughout the day. A special word of appreciation goes to Visit Brussels and the Stanhope Hotel for their kind assistance with logistics and hospitality. , which played a key role in the smooth organisation of our participation.
Every step taken today was a step toward empowering change and saving lives.
If you want to support our efforts, you can always donate via this page, and make a difference for cancer care.
